Eddie Monioro-Less
Partner
Eddie is a criminal specialist and the head our our Criminal Department. She is an experienced Duty Solicitor and a Partner at the firm.
From age 10 years Eddie stated she wanted to be a lawyer and her passion for law and defence of individuals' rights has never waived.
Eddie qualified as a solicitor in 1997 after graduating with a BA(Cons) in Law from the University of Sussex. She completed her training contract at Tandridge District Council and worked at different high street firms before opening the firm in 2005. She became a partner in 2008.
Eddie conducts advocacy at all levels including trials. She attends the Youth and Magistrates' Courts and has a vast experience dealing with serious and complex criminal matters both at the Police Station and at Court.
Michael Less
Partner
Michael is a qualified solicitor and a partner at the firm.
Michael graduated from the University of Sussex with a BSc(Cons) in Electronic Engineering and enjoyed a successful career as a Senior Telecommunication Development Engineer and Manager employed by large multi-national Telecommunications companies.
After 20 years in the Telecommunications industry Michael embarked upon a change of career to the legal profession before qualifying as a Solicitor in 2008. He attended the College of Law in London and completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course.
Michael became a partner at the firm in 2010 as well as being arctic Manager. Michael practices in all areas covered by Monioro Less & Co whilst specialising in the area of Criminal Law where he represents clients in both the Magistrates and Youth Courts.
Paul Stanislas
Barrister
Paul J Stanislas is our in-house Barrister specialising in both Criminal and Civil Litigation.
Paul was called to the Bar in 1989 at the Middle Temple and practised at the independent Bar for 17 years at Lincolns Inn, Somerset chamber and Farringdon Chambers, until he joins Monioro Less & Co in 2006.
Paul has vast experience in all areas of crime, ranging from homicides (including murder) and rapes through to common assault.
Paul also has vast experience in Civil matters ranging from Employment to Housing and is often instructed, through the firm on a private basis in those matters.
Paul is intelligent and acutely tactically aware. His advice to clients is always thoughtful. In criminal matters he is a defendant's dream.
